Installed into meeting rooms, boardrooms, huddle spaces, receptions, presentation and training spaces.

A typical solution in this environment will include a Large Format Display (LFD) for presentation and Video Conferencing (VC). Presentation can be achieved wirelessly or hard wired to the table (or both). Larger meeting spaces will have a control system typically presented at the table or wall on a small touch screen. The control screen enables the users to switch between presentation and VC. The user will be able to control the whole room AV system via this touch panel.

To further enhance the meeting room spaces we will also install meeting room booking displays which seamlessly integrates with existing scheduling software (e.g. Microsoft Exchange) giving employees a simple view of which meeting spaces are available and when.
